“Peter quoted to provide new (highly visible) pool security fencing for my new-build 11m x 5m in-ground concrete pool. The quote was very reasonable indeed, and less than others who had quoted to do the work. The fence was manufactured by Frontline, and scheduled to be installed while I was out of town. I received a call on the day of installation from Peter to advise the initial fabrication did not align completely - he was clearly not at all happy the fabricator had not being true to Peter's original measurements. The fence panels were clearly not to his satisfaction and he advised he was re-fabricating the fence to meet his own standards. In his words, it had to be perfect. He apologized sincerely for the delay, and it was obvious he was not at all happy I could only agree with him and told him I appreciated his candor and his professionalism - a rare commodity these days. The fence was remanufactured in its entirety and was installed. Again, an alloy vertical pole had a little too much movement in it for Peter, and Peter determined he would be happier to remanufacture the vertical anchoring pole in powder-coated steel. Again, his standards are very high, and he undertook to manufacture the new pole and re-install within a few days. For my part, I was impressed with his approach, and felt the alloy pole did give a little, but was not material in terms of Council compliance. That said, the new steel pole demonstrated complete rigidity. I was also very impressed by Peter advising he did not wish to receive the final payment for the fence until I was completely happy. Needless to say, I settled the outstanding balance immediately he had finished the installation of the new pole. As a consequence, I have now commissioned Peter to replace wooden panels in my boundary fence with superior, bespoke alloy panels. Of all the contractors working on my pool build over the last 18 months, Peter would be one of the stand-out performers. I have complete confidence in Peter's attitude, approach and execution, and it is clear his customer's satisfaction is his absolute priority. I am delighted to recommend Peter and Frontline Fencing to any customer requiring a bespoke or high visibility security or general fence - his workmanship and commitment are quite remarkable and satisfaction is guaranteed. Teresa, their Sales Manager, was great through the whole process communicating punctuality with us; first with the quote, than with confirmed timing of when the work would commence and then with invoicing.
